Jerusalem: A 84 square meter, a few-space, floor floor condominium with a 6 square meter balcony on Hapalmach Road in Old Katamon was offered for NIS 2.9 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv: A 80 square meter, 4-area, ground floor back garden condominium with a 12 sq. meter yard and parking on Hahagana Street in the Neve Barbur community was sold for NIS 2.17 million. A 105-sq. meter, four-place, seventh flooring penthouse apartment together with an elevator and parking on Ma’apilei Egoz Street in the Neve Chen neighborhood was bought for NIS 3.55 million. A 123 square meter, 5-home, second flooring apartment with an elevator and parking on Recanati Road in Ramat Aviv Gimmel was offered for NIS 5 million (RE/MAX – Ocean). A 154 square meter, a few-home, fourth floor condominium with a safety home, 14 sq. meter balcony, 13 sq. meter storage home, elevator and two parking spaces in the Blue Project overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, exercise space and tennis court in the making was sold for NIS 6.4 million.

Ramat Gan: A 93 square meter, 4-home, sixth floor penthouse condominium with a solar balcony, elevator and parking on Hagat Street was sold for NIS 3.1 million. A 82 square meter, 4-area, fifth flooring condominium a sunlight balcony and elevator on Harav Merozin Road was offered for NIS 2.39 million. A 100 sq. meter, 4.5-space, 2nd floor condominium with a sun balcony, elevator and parking on Arnon Street was sold for NIS 2.23 million (RE/MAX – Concentrate).

Petah Tikva: A 115 sq. meter, 5-space condominium with a 10 square meter sunshine balcony, elevator and parking on Sander Street was sold for NIS 1.97 million (RE-MAX – Supreme).

Rishon Lezion: A 75 square meter, 2.5-space, second flooring condominium with no elevator and no parking on Hasadeh Road in the Remez neighborhood was offered for NIS 1.45 million. A 119 square meter, 5-space, sixth ground condominium with an elevator and parking on Abarbanel Road was offered for NIS 2.13 million. A 254 sq. meter, seven space residence with a 49 sq. meter basement on a 320 sq. meter ton with two parking spaces on Yamit Road in the Neve Dekalim neighborhood in the west of the city was marketed for NIS 5.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rehovot: A 90 sq. meter, 4-room, 2nd flooring condominium with an 8 sq. meter sunshine balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Street was marketed for NIS 1.55 million. A 122 sq. meter, five-place, fifth ground condominium with a 12 sq. meter sun balcony, storage home, elevator and parking on Nordau Avenue was marketed for NIS 2.63 million. A 107 square meter, four space, next flooring apartment on Hakerem Street was sold for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
